Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or your air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine salmon with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat each piece of seasoned salmon in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange coated salmon bites on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
  5. Cook salmon bites for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, and optional honey in a small bowl.
  7. Assemble bowls with a base of jasmine rice or cauliflower rice, add vegetables and salmon bites.
  8. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
