Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry store-bought
  • 12 oz Brie Cheese can substitute with camembert
  • 1 cup Cranberry Sauce store-bought or homemade
For the Optional Crunch
  • 1/2 cup Candied Pecans or chopped walnuts for substitution
  • 1 bunch Fresh Rosemary Sprigs for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 squares, pressing them into the muffin cups.
  3. Add a cube of brie cheese to each cup and top with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with pecans if desired.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
  6. Serve warm on a platter, optionally garnished with extra cranberries or rosemary.
