Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 12 squares, pressing them into the muffin cups.
- Add a cube of brie cheese to each cup and top with cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
- Serve warm on a platter, optionally garnished with extra cranberries or rosemary.
