  • 12 oz brie cheese cut into 12 equal cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • ¼ cup candied pecans optional, can be replaced with walnuts or omitted
  • 12 sprigs fresh rosemary optional garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the greased muffin tin.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup, then top each with about half a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. If desired, sprinkle with chopped candied pecans.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, watching for the pastry to puff up and turn golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool in the tin for about 5 minutes before adding a sprig of fresh rosemary to each bite.
